I worked as a copywriter for Sage for more than ten years, writing all manner of communications for customers and colleagues – everything from product brochures to marketing campaigns, video scripts to web copy. I also worked on global brand projects, tone of voice guidelines, and created writing training workshops that I delivered to more than 400 people throughout the business.
